Operation Manager (Japanese speaking)

    Management Scope:

    1. Manage the Customer Service Department.
    2. Manage the Planning Department.
    3. Quality management in the clinic, including customer service experience.
    4. Expand network and connections within the Japanese community to find potential customers.

    Requirements:

    1. Proficiency in Japanese (Japanese and Vietnamese are both welcome). If you are Japanese, you must have good English language skills and experience working in Vietnam.
    2.  Candidates with experience in hospital clinics are preferred. Or equivalent service-oriented industries such as hotels or beauty clinics.
    3. Strong managerial skills in the following areas: 
      a. Operational streamline to ensure optimal operational productivity and service delivery. 
      b. Ensure an excellent customer experience. 
      c. Quality control of services.
