Operation Executive - Air Freight

    Job Description
    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operation Executive – Air Freight to join a fast-growing international logistics company. This role plays a key part in coordinating air cargo operations, ensuring efficiency, and delivering outstanding service to clients.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with airlines and service vendors to secure optimal pricing and cargo space.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and prompt issue resolution.
    • Respond to operational problems in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain accurate shipment records and support all documentation processes.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

    Requirements:
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

    Experience & Skills:

    • 2–3 years of experience in the air freight industry (reservation, handling, documentation).
    • Strong understanding of air freight operations, airline systems, and international shipping regulations.
    • Proficient in documentation, handling airline bookings, and freight forwarding systems.
    • Fluent in English (mandatory).
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related applications.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy.
