Main responsiblities:
- Forecast and analyze the retail business environment, evaluate indicators to determine prospects, opportunities business associations and GAP points to develop appropriate development strategies and regional retail business plans to increase revenue growth opportunities.
- Identify and set up business strategies/tactics from time to time to promote and develop retail activities for chain stores
- Implement business plans for chain stores according to short-term and long-term goals. Use specific, realistic and timely analysis and measurement tools for business progress.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate business strategy/tactics, urge the team to accomplish goals, always have forecasts and suggestions on business status as well as factors that may affect costs and overall business strategy.
- Build, implement and maintain customer care programs to ensure the highest customer satisfaction in terms of quality and service, and increase the customer experience at the chain stores.
- Orienting, developing and implementing operating standards for the chain store system, ensuring that the store system is operated in accordance with the company's standards and orientation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor, Master of Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade
- Preferred 15-20 years of experience in the relevant field, 5-10 years working in a similar position or experience in chain/retail system management
- Being skilled at speaking and writing English.
- Understanding of business operations and competitiveness
- Strategic thinking

- Sales training and coaching skills
