1. Main responsibilities
- Develop strategies and tactics to promote the company and increase traffic to the company's official communication channels.
- Implement Marketing Campaigns
- Content management, PPC campaigns, event management, media, lead building campaigns, copywriting and performance analytics.
- Create valuable and engaging content for company websites and blogs to attract and convert target customers.
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with suppliers.
- Prepare and monitor quarterly and annual marketing budget and allocate budget appropriately.
- Monitor and approve marketing materials, from website banners to brochures.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, collect data, and measure performance against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Responsible for the performance of the marketing department/department.
- Build and manage team members in the department.
2. Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related majors
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (marketing manager)
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Good market analysis skills, good strategic vision for product development, market expansion, and brand.
- Good office computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Good commands of English
