Marketing Director

    Industry: Pharmaceutical (OTC)
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic Marketing Planning

    • Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to identify growth opportunities.
    • Localize and adapt brand strategies to suit the Vietnamese market while ensuring brand integrity.

    2. Brand & Product Management

    • Build brand equity for across offline and online channels.
    • Lead product portfolio planning, pricing, and lifecycle management.
    • Plan and execute product launch strategies in collaboration with sales and regulatory teams.

    3. Trade Marketing & Channel Support

    • Develop trade marketing programs to support pharmacy channels.
    • Work closely with the sales team to drive in-store visibility, promotions, and shopper engagement.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance by channel.

    4. Digital Marketing & Communications

    • Lead digital campaigns including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and influencer strategy.
    • Oversee PR activities, brand communications, and partnership marketing.
    • Manage creative agencies and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and campaign quality.

    5. Team Leadership & Budgeting

    • Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team for high performance.
    • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI optimization.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to General Director and key stakeholders.

    Requirements:
    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in pharmaceutical (OTC), or health supplement sectors.
    • Track record of building and growing brands successfully in the Vietnamese market.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and execution skills.
    • Solid knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing tools.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
    • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
