Marketing Director

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand Strategy & Corporate Communications

    • Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Define brand positioning, brand architecture, and corporate identity standards.
    • Lead integrated marketing and communication campaigns to strengthen market leadership.
    • Manage and oversee brand reputation and crisis communication.

    Creative Direction & Content Strategy

    • Establish and maintain brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
    • Lead creative direction for brand storytelling, content, and visual identity.
    • Oversee content strategy across online and offline channels to ensure message consistency and brand excellence.

    Commercial Marketing & Trade Activation

    • Design and approve promotional campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, and multi-channel activations.
    • Standardize and monitor merchandising, POSM, and in-store marketing execution.
    • Drive traffic generation and sales performance across channels.

    Growth Marketing, Digital & E-commerce

    • Lead digital marketing and performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
    • Drive e-commerce growth and optimize customer experience across digital platforms.
    • Develop and implement O2O measurement frameworks and multi-channel conversion optimization strategies.

    Customer Experience & Martech

    • Establish customer experience standards and KPIs across all touchpoints.
    • Oversee customer service and call center operations, ensuring service excellence and effective complaint resolution.
    • Lead CRM and Martech initiatives to improve customer insights, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.

    Leadership & Organizational Development

    • Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation.
    • Design organizational structures, workforce planning, and performance management systems.
    • Lead recruitment, coaching, succession planning, and capability development initiatives.
    • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with the company's values and vision.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong expertise in both Brand Building and Data-Driven Growth Marketing.
    • Proven experience in large-scale retail operations, e-commerce, and Martech/CRM ecosystems.
    • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and the jewelry, luxury, or premium retail sector.
    • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing communications, customer experience, and digital transformation.
