Overview
We are recruiting a Manufacturing Transformation Consultant to join our client’s customer success team in Vietnam. This role focuses on post-sales activities, ensuring customers are onboarded smoothly, engaged consistently, and supported for long-term success with the client's SaaS product. The position requires someone passionate about the manufacturing industry and eager to bridge the gap between technology and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver impactful product demos and trials
- Analyze client pain points and propose tailored use cases
Customer Onboarding & Engagement:
- Lead onboarding for new customers and ensure effective product adoption
- Maintain and grow key customer relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and product performance reviews
- Provide training and resources in coordination with internal teams
Account Management & Strategy:
- Understand customer goals and align solutions to deliver measurable outcomes
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals
Product Knowledge & Enablement:
- Stay current on product features and industry best practices
- Share insights with local and regional teams
- Train internal teams on new product updates from headquarter
General Project Management:
- Track and report performance against KPIs
- Promote open communication and collaboration within the team
- Drive initiatives to boost customer engagement and satisfaction
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in the manufacturing sector with an interest in digital transformation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- A self-starter with a hands-on attitude and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
- Data-savvy with the ability to draw insights from customer behavior
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in SaaS customer success or account management
- Experience in business development, consulting, or transformation projects
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
