Key Responsibilities
Management Responsibilities
-
Advise the Company’s Board of Directors on comprehensive short-, medium-, and long-term factory development strategies.

Establish effective work management measures (regulations, procedures, incentive schemes, reward & discipline policies).
-
Develop and implement a factory management system based on 5S standards.
-
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual evaluations of factory performance and production plans.
-
Propose improvements and upgrades to machinery and equipment for optimized productivity.
-
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for the Company’s Board of Directors.
-
Take full responsibility before the Board of Directors for all factory operations.
Professional Responsibilities
Production Planning & Control
-
Develop, manage, and control factory production plans.
-
Implement production schedules with monitoring measures to ensure departments follow committed timelines.
-
Assign tasks, supervise progress, and ensure quality and schedule compliance.
-
Direct and adjust production timelines for all orders to meet delivery deadlines.
Production Quality Assurance
-
Research and propose new technical solutions to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
-
Collaborate with production teams to identify and apply technical innovations.
Human Resources Management
-
Determine manpower allocation for each team and department.
-
Develop job descriptions and manage employee assignments to ensure departmental functionality.
-
Plan and forecast factory manpower needs.
-
Ensure compliance with company regulations and safety standards (OHS, fire prevention).
-
Build a professional working culture aligned with company values.
-
Coordinate with the HR Department for training and skill development.
Factory Evaluation & Development
-
Develop and propose initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
-
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual evaluations of production performance.
Budget & Asset Management
-
Manage all machinery, equipment, materials, finished and semi-finished goods, warehouses, and inventories.
-
Lead the development of production standards (costs, raw materials, electricity consumption, waste, etc.).
-
Establish production norms (materials, labor) for each product category.
-
Propose equipment upgrades to improve operational efficiency.
-
Manage and control costs within authorized scope.
Other Duties

Perform additional tasks assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors.

Working Conditions

Factory environment

48 working hours per week

Domestic and international travel as required
Competency Requirements
Mandatory
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Economics or related fields
-
7 years of experience in manufacturing or refrigeration engineering
-
3 years of experience in production/technical/KCS management
-
Knowledge of general management and refrigeration/HVAC technologies
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-
English or Chinese proficiency
-
Strong skills in problem-solving, planning, analysis, supervision, reporting, relationship building, change management, staff development
-
Traits: flexibility, integrity, adaptability, willingness to learn, high responsibility

Good health
Preferred
-
Professional certifications in refrigeration technology, statistics, or business administration
