Main Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations to ensure performance meets customer/project KPIs.
- Oversee and analyze project P&L and implement improvement actions when necessary.
- Utilize WMS to monitor inventory levels, warehouse performance, and optimize processes.
- Allocate and manage staff based on operational needs; oversee team size of 15–20 members.
- Coordinate and negotiate with customers and suppliers regarding warehouse services.
- Lead the planning and implementation of safety and security procedures in the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations, local legislation, and internal SOPs.
- Prepare internal and external logistics reports as required.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency within warehousing.
- Lead or support new project implementation related to warehouse/logistics.
- Other tasks assigned by the company management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3PL, Warehouse, Logistics.
- Understanding of contract logistics and market practices.
- Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in Chinese (mandatory); English is a plus.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
