Legal Manager or Deputy Director (Chinese-speaking)

    Job Description

    • Regularly review, examine, update, supplement, and amend legal documents, contracts, and related records.
    • Ensure the company’s operations and activities are fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Research and stay updated on laws, decrees, and regulations relevant to the company’s business and operations.
    • Provide legal advice and guidance to ensure all business processes and activities comply with legal requirements.
    • Act as a liaison in handling legal disputes, litigation, or complaints, including both internal and external matters.
    • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law. Lawyer Practicing Certificate is highly preferred.
    • Minimum 05 years of experience in legal-related roles.
    • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office IT skills.
    • Conversational Chinese proficiency is required.
