Key Responsibilities
Legal Management & Compliance Control
- Develop, review, and standardize internal legal procedures, contract templates, and compliance systems
- Monitor and ensure the legal validity of commercial, investment, construction, and business agreements
- Ensure company operations comply with Vietnamese laws and group-level regulations and policies
Legal Advisory & Strategic Support
- Provide direct legal advice to the Board of Directors on operational, investment, labor, tax, and commercial matters
- Assess legal risks related to major projects and contracts, and propose practical legal solutions
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates, analyze their impact on business operations, and provide recommendations
Dispute Resolution & External Relations
- Lead and manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters when required
- Liaise with government authorities, external legal counsels, and business partners
- Represent the company in legal matters under authorization
Legal Department Operations
- Build and optimize workflows and operational processes for the legal function
- Assign, supervise, and guide team members’ work performance when applicable
- Enhance legal awareness across departments through internal training and compliance initiatives
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, preferably within manufacturing or FDI environments
- Strong experience in handling commercial contracts, investment matters, labor issues, and dispute resolution
- Lawyer practicing certificate is preferred
Language
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) across all four skills, with the ability to work directly with Taiwanese management
Skills & Competencies
- Strong legal and risk control mindset with excellent analytical capabilities
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and high sense of responsibility
- Strong organizational and workload management capabilities
