Job Description
- Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Establish and manage the overall training framework, including competency models, career development pathways, and training programs
- Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and oversee annual training plans and budgets across the organization
- Design and drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Promote a strong learning culture and support corporate culture development programs
- Manage and enhance training center operations, including learning materials, LMS platforms, and internal trainer development
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, ROI, and provide strategic capability development recommendations to senior management
- Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- International certifications in Learning & Development such as CIPD or CPTD would be an advantage
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, including at least 3–5 years in a similar leadership role
- Proven experience building large scale training systems, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or multi factory environments
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, training management, evaluation methodologies (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, ROI), and digital learning transformation
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and organizational culture building capabilities
- Proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus
