Job Responsibility
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma programs to boost productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Conduct VSM, Kaizen, and 5S audits to identify process gaps.
- Develop and implement CI projects to optimize production workflows.
- Train and coach teams on Lean tools (OEE, 5S, SMED, etc.).
- Analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering to drive sustainable improvement.
- Track KPIs and report Lean performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Support TPM and SMED implementation as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or CI roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of VSM, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, RCA, and Standard Work.
- Proficiency in Excel, Minitab, Power BI, and process mapping tools.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (Chinese is a plus).
- Willing to travel to other company sites when required.
