Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the overall production schedule and priorities across teams (Art, Tech,
- Content).
- Oversee project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Define and maintain the visual direction and quality standards for all outputs.
- Review core deliverables including modeling, animation, lighting, and level art.
- Establish an efficient cross-pipeline collaboration process between Art, TA, PD, and
- external partners.
- Lead feedback and review workflows to maintain consistent quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to real-time rendering, performance optimization, shaders, or motion capture.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the same position.
- Deep understanding of real-time content production using Unreal Engine / Unity.
- Broad knowledge and hands-on experience across art, tech, and production workflows.
- Proven experience in project scheduling and resource management.
- Strong sense of visual quality control and review capability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Big plus if you’re:
- Have an understanding of virtual streamers and experience in content and performance
- production.
- Have experience leading large-scale real-time content or virtual production (VP) projects.
- Possess expertise in cinematic lighting, environment setup, or visual direction.
- Have experience working with global or external production partners.
- Are familiar with AI, motion capture, XR, or emerging content technologies.
