Responsibilities
- Define project IVV and transition strategies
- Develop and maintain the IVVQ plan
- Monitor IVV KPIs and recommend improvements to performance and productivity
- Support Program Increment planning, backlog refinement, and effort estimation
- Lead IVV technical gate reviews with internal teams and customers
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across IVV practices
- Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Participate in CCBs, technical working groups, and technical status reviews
- Review defects and recommend priorities
- Support bids and engineering cost estimates for proposed modifications
- Analyze customer requirements and develop win win solutions with customers in Australia and globally
- Maintain clear communication with external customers and manage customer scope against approved baselines and schedules
- Ensure project delivery follows established engineering processes and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 7+ years of Test Engineering experience in complex, software centric, safety critical systems
- 2+ years in multi disciplinary engineering environments
- Strong knowledge of Systems and Software Engineering lifecycles, including EIA632 and ISO/IEC 15288
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience leading and mentoring multi skilled engineering teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and project stakeholders
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and similar collaboration tools
- Experience with Requirements, Test, and Defect Management Systems
