Job Description
- Aiding in the establishment of a Project Management Office to supervise several projects.
- Putting into practice document control procedures and documentation templates
- Communicating project requirements to stakeholders such project staff, vendors, and end users
- Formulating, establishing, and starting the project.
- Establishing and monitoring project milestones; controlling and accounting for any delays.
- Following up on project developments and making appropriate adjustments
- Keeping track of spending in line with the budget
- Making sure goals, organizational rules, procedures, and standards are followed
- Gathering project reports and alerting management to issues
- Making sure the project adheres to best practices, SOPs, PMO standards, and other regulations
Requirements
- +3 years or more of experience working as a project manager or business analyst, including managing the deployment of complicated systems that affect many different stakeholders.
- Working with suppliers to deploy CRM, CMS, marketing technologies, and mobile/website product development experience is advantageous.
- Having an APM, AIPM, PMI, or comparable qualification is beneficial.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
