Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and deploy IT infrastructure for both on-premise and cloud environments
- Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline system management and optimize operations
- Build intelligent monitoring systems and analyze operational data to detect anomalies and improve performance
- Apply AI/ML technologies to predict failures, optimize resource utilization, and enable automated recovery
- Propose and implement infrastructure improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Analyze technical issues and translate business requirements into detailed documentation for outsourcing partners (scope, functional requirements, acceptance criteria)
Requirements
- No strict years of experience required; candidates with hands-on infrastructure experience are preferred
- Strong understanding of IT systems and services in a business environment
- Solid knowledge of digital transformation and AI applications in operations
- Familiarity with data protection and security principles
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent)
- Ability to develop scripts and small tools for infrastructure automation
- Good English proficiency for reading technical documents and workplace communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields
- Experience developing automation tools (e.g., backup scripts, log monitoring, auto-deployment tools)
- Hands-on experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Zabbix
- Participation in infrastructure optimization projects (on-premise or cloud)
- Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or applications (frontend + backend)
- Exposure to outsourcing projects in software or infrastructure
- English proficiency: TOEIC 800 / IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
