The Chinese Desk is a dedicated team inside EV Search built around one specific skill set: sourcing Mandarin-speaking talent for the companies operating between China and the markets we work in. The roles we fill aren't bound to one industry or function. What connects them is simple: the people in them need to work fluently on both sides, in language and in how business actually gets done.
This isn't a side offering bolted onto our usual search work. It's a standing team with its own mandate, built around something we noticed again and again across our client base: a kind of hire that showed up often enough to deserve a dedicated focus rather than a one-off placement.
