Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct internal audits across functions, including but no limited to: Finance & Accounting, Logistics / Supply Chain, Operational processes
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and identify control gaps.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, internal policies/ procedures/ guidelines
- Identify and assess risks within business operations and key processes.
- Review existing control mechanisms and recommend improvements to strengthen risk management.
- Proactively detect inefficiencies, leakages, and operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for: Cost optimization, Productivity improvement, Process simplification
- Provide practical, actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and track improvement progress.
- Prepare clear and structured audit reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and improvements.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of internal policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
- Ensure alignment between operational practices and corporate governance standards.
- Contribute to building a strong control and compliance culture within the organization.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Legal & Compliance Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Internal Audit / External Audit / Internal Control
- Knowledge of Financial & accounting principles/ Internal control frameworks/ Risk management practices
- Knowledge of ISO systems / internal control standards is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple audit assignments.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
