About the Hiring Company:
EV Search’s Client – Hiring Company – is a 100% FDI garment company with several factories in North of Vietnam, total size ~ 10,000 workers. They specialized in production of woven items for high level brands.
Responsibilities:
The IE Manager will be in charge of managing all activities related to the improvement of sewing steps to reduce total garment sewing time as well as cost savings, in coordination with other related departments. Those activities are:
- Improve sewing efficiency and reduce wasted time or any resources related to sewing activities.
- Make sure SMV is kept or improved.
- In coordination with other departments to give the best line balancing, line layout, sewing operator skill improvement.
- And other tasks related to sewing efficiency improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience about sewing efficiency, line balancing, line layout and workers’ skills improvement.
- Min 5 years of experience as head of industrial engineering of garment factory.
- Good leadership, planning, communication skills.
- Good English skills.
Offer package:
- Working from Monday to Friday.
- Salary range: $2,000 - $3,000 subject to candidate’s experience.
