Human Resources Manager

    Job Overview

    The Human Resources Manager (HRM) will oversee all HR functions, ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment. The HRM will develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, aligning with the company’s goals in manufacturing, export, and retail operations.

    Responsibilities
    Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled talent for manufacturing, administrative, and retail roles.
    • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding programs.

    Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
    • Implement policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

    Training & Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills, particularly in manufacturing processes and customer-facing retail roles.
    • Support career development and succession planning.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and manage performance evaluation systems to drive productivity and accountability.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Design competitive compensation structures and manage payroll processes.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks.

    Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations, particularly for export operations.
    • Collaborate with the safety team to maintain a safe working environment in manufacturing facilities.

    HR Strategy & Reporting:

    • Develop HR policies and strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Maintain HR metrics and provide reports to senior management on workforce trends and needs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role; experience in both manufacturing and retail sectors is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour law and HR best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in English and MS Office.
