Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

    Main Responsibilities
    1. Strategic Business Partnership

    • Work closely with business departments to deeply understand their strategies, goals, and operational challenges, and proactively identify HR needs to support business objectives.
    • Act as a strategic partner to management in designing and implementing people strategies aligned with organizational direction.

    2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    • Lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes that meet business requirements.
    • Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.

    3. Talent Development & Succession Planning

    • Drive company-wide talent development initiatives, including talent reviews, learning programs, and career growth planning.
    • Support business leaders in building a robust talent pipeline and fostering leadership capability for future organizational needs.

    4. Culture & Engagement

    • Promote and strengthen company culture by enhancing employee engagement and team cohesion.
    • Plan and organize HR communication activities and engagement events to cultivate a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
    • Ensure effective management of employee relations, maintaining open communication channels and fostering a harmonious workplace.

    5. HR Optimization & Projects

    • Identify opportunities for improvement across HR structures, policies, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Lead or participate in local and group-level HR projects, ensuring alignment with business and global HR objectives.

    Qualifications & Experience Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years or more in an HRBP role within a multinational company.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of all HR functions, with proven expertise in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
    • Familiarity with Project Management principles is a plus.

    Technical & Computer Skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
