HR Business Partner - Expert

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Stakeholder Engagement and HR Advisory:

    · Represent Human Resources at department leadership/ management forums and meetings.

    · Assign responsibility for important personnel plans and initiatives with department heads.

    · Deliver HR policies and provide advice to managers and employees.

    · Identify, design and implement HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed outcomes in the assigned departments.

    · In collaboration with specialist HR functions (TA, L&OD, GWO) to deliver value-added service to the client groups.

    · Develop effective, collaborative relationships and networks with all internal clients and external stakeholders

    Talent Management and Performance Management:

    · Take part in the process of selecting senior management and key hires;

    · Manage and analyze data into a compelling story to help Department Management understand the various nuances of their workforce;

    · Advise managers and employees on all matters pertaining to performance, such as development roadmaps, succession planning, compensation strategies, and performance improvement.

    Employee Relations and Engagement:

    · Provide managers and staff with education on all matters pertaining to employees, such as policies and procedures, misbehavior, terminations, internal audits, and manager/employee difficulties.

    · Closely collaborate with management and staff to enhance working relationships, boost morale, and boost retention and productivity.

    · As directed by the HRBP Manager, carry out employee relations tasks including staff grievances, investigations, and escalations.

    · Examine the findings of employee engagement surveys and collaborate with department management on their action plan.

    Others:

    · Additional responsibilities include developing, overseeing, and working on unique, cross-functional projects, initiatives, or activities as instructed by the HRLT Classification.

    · As a member of the HR team, assist in creating and/or improving systems, policies, and processes that support HR.

    Basic Qualifications

    · Bachelor degree, Human Resources Management is preferred or related discipline

    · Strong leadership skills

    · Excellent Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem-solving skills

    · Be proactive, Highly organized, Good people skills
