HR-Admin Director

    Job Responsibility

    1. Strategic HR Leadership

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
    • Advise the BOD on organization design, talent management, succession planning, and culture building.
    • Promote core values and drive a high-performance culture.

    2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) & HR Operations

    • Build and manage organizational structure and C&B frameworks, including job evaluation, pay grades, and market-based salary bands.
    • Oversee payroll accuracy, compliance, and total rewards to ensure competitiveness and equity.
    • Provide data-driven insights for salary review, bonus planning, and manpower budgeting.
    • Maintain and enhance HRIS and ensure integrity of all HR documentation.

    3. Talent Management

    • Lead recruitment strategy and employer branding to attract top talent.
    • Oversee performance management, KPI systems, and appraisal processes.
    • Identify training needs and support continuous learning and development. 

    4. Administration, Compliance & HSE

    • Supervise general administration, facilities management, and procurement.
    • Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, including training, risk assessment, and emergency response.
    • Act as the key contact with government authorities and represent the company during audits and inspections.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in senior HR leadership within manufacturing.
    • Strong capability in C&B structure design, job leveling and market pricing analysis.
    • Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, payroll, HSE regulations, and government relations.
    • Proven experience in culture development and HR policy implementation.
    • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
    • Strong leadership with the ability to manage and develop department managers.
    • High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
