MAIN ROLE OF THE POSITION - Overall manage Finance & Accounting Team. - Oversee financial & Accounting issue for long-term management. - Advise to BOD on Finance & Accounting issue.
Collaborate with the Department head to formulate the Construction Playbook, driving consistency across the Group. Oversee the planning, implementation, and culmination of diverse factory construction endeavors in Vietnam and Cambodia, covering project initiation, allocation, and construction oversight.
Develop and implement a corporate affairs strategy to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain positive relationships with local authorities, and public services to facilitate communication and help advance the organization’s business interests
Help the CFO prepare financial reports, such as cash flow, income, and balance sheets, while making sure that accounting rules are followed accurately. Assistance with routine bookkeeping duties, such as data input, account reconciliations, and journal entries, for the CFO Take part in the yearly physical inventory count, recording and confirming stock amounts. Support the CFO and outside auditors with the required paperwork and justifications throughout the yearly financial audit.
