We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESG Change Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the organization's transformation towards a more sustainable future. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change management strategies that support the integration of ESG principles into all aspects of our business. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for ESG initiatives, considering stakeholder needs and organizational culture. Facilitate communication and engagement across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and understanding of ESG goals and initiatives. Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to embrace and implement ESG practices. Lead the development and implementation of new processes and systems to support ESG compliance and reporting. Track progress, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement within the change management process. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and buy-in for ESG initiatives. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in ESG and change management. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, preferably within the financial services industry. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex change initiatives, from inception to completion. Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application within the financial sector. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Data-driven approach with the ability to track and analyze change management data.

System Analyst (PL/SQL with data mapping experience)

Project Description: Our Client a leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America are looking for Consultants to be part of the project The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Malaysia and overseas branches. The client has more than 80 years of history in the banking industry and is expanding its footprint in Malaysia. The selected resource will be working in a newly setup technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation. Skills required: • The candidate must have at least 3 to 9 years of working experience in the following areas: • Relevant experience in a Financial Institution for Regulatory Reporting • Good understanding of core banking and treasury products and data requirement for management accounting or regulatory reporting • Good understanding in SDLC phases • Capability in requirement analysis and functional design skills • Capability of self-learning and a quick learner • Be adaptable, flexible and be able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced of a growing organization / environment • Experience with project management best practices/ methodologies/ project lifecycle • Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues in distributed global locations • Strong knowledge on MS SQL developer and should be able to write sql queries • Data mapping experience Nice To Have: Any Regulatory Reporting experience is good enough but if you have regulatory experience in Vietnam, it will be a plus point as the selected candidate will be starting off with Vietnam Regulatory first. Responsibilities: Candidates are expected to: • Understand business function and analyse users requirements, make a clear scope of project, requirement and build consensus with users • Lead in analysis and scoping of data sourcing and functional requirements/ enhancements, functional/application design, functional specifications, discuss and obtain users agreements • Preparation of Functional, Non Functional & other documents required in compliance to SDM and procure sign off from Users • Prepare SIT test schedule and develop test cases and conduct SIT testing • Arrange with users to conduct User Acceptance Test and arrange with development team to prepare necessary test environment and support functional testing • To ensure the design & build is in line with the standard and all deviations are clearly articulated and agreed. The scope should be from sourcing from upstream till the final report generation • Review the code to ensure it does not break / Lead to performance issue • Prepare necessary documents to facilitate and deliver the project (Release checklist, UAT results, etc.)
