EV Search’s client are looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Head of Engineering to spearhead Vietnam’s branches technology and engineering operations. This leader will oversee their nearshore delivery capabilities, ensuring technical excellence, talent growth, and seamless global collaboration. In this role, you will combine strategic delivery leadership within their International Delivery Unit (IDU) with hands-on engineering oversight across areas such as digital banking, blockchain, and cloud-native development. You will work closely with global leaders, from spanning project, staffing, mentoring, to quality functions, to drive impactful client outcomes.
