Our client, a globally active technology group specializing in industrial automation, is looking for talents to become a High Voltage Service Engineer working in Indonesia.
Role Description:
As a High Voltage Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting high-voltage systems onsite. You will also provide technical support to customers and work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the batch delivery and testing of devices; and on-site fault service.
- Responsible for the overseas service center & and maintenance service center development, training, optimization, and daily rounds.
- Feedback quality problems of customers and products, solve problems with CQM solution.
- Design the product troubleshooting guide based on the local customer requirements.
- Responsible for customer relationship management, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Assist commercial engineer in managing the spare parts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position and have high-voltage certification.
- Familiar with inverter, servo, motor, PLC, and other automation products.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Willing to travel frequently.
- Fluent in English or Chinese.
