Job Description:
- Take full responsibility for the design and customer experience in assigned projects.
- Develop and enhance design processes, and analyze user experience.
- Have in-depth knowledge of banking products, and work on improving and optimizing user interfaces and experiences according to business strategy over time.
- Build design systems, product maps, and customer journeys.
- Participate in the development of our design system, components, mobile app, and web app.
- Contribute to the creation of operational models to support projects and product segments.
- Lead efforts in designing, assessing current and future customer experiences, and proposing solutions for improvement and upgrades.
- Evaluate and optimize design processes, policies, and products to enhance work efficiency and product quality.
- Measure project performance, review quality and progress, and propose necessary actions to improve work efficiency and product outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
- Experience in the technology, banking, finance, or fintech sectors related to the role.
- Proficient in design software such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with knowledge of additional tools like Sketch, After Effects, 3D software, and InDesign. Hand-drawing skills are a plus.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with a high level of creativity.
- Experience in building design systems and a solid understanding of user experience.
- Good command of English in listening, understanding, and communication.
- Strong observational skills with an open-minded attitude.
- Excellent communication and artistic sensitivity skills.
