Head of Sales

    As Senior/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Airfreight solutions to customers. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability where have to maintain a healthy receivables and monitor level of bad debts. Responsible for the performance and enhancement of the team, prepares action plans and conducts one on one review to understand training and development needs to support them meet and exceeds all sales activities. Accountable in making sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management while maintaining contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • More than 7 years’ sales experience of which 5 years in a sales management capacity in an air freight forwarding environment.
    • Industry recognized professional with established key contacts.
    • Highly self-motivated and assertive.
    • Work efficiently under pressure.
    • Fluent in English or Chinese.
    • With Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing
    • Computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, outlook, etc.
