RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and operate the Retail Business Division
- Make business plan and implementing the target to achieve the assigned target;
- Responsible for developing all broker teams, training and monitoring expertise, quality of service delivery of the environment
- Support Brokers to develop and take care of customers, handle conflicts in service provision with customers;
- Check risks related to environmental operations of the department;
- Market research and construction Sales development;
- Survey market channels, making requests for new products and services;
- Proactively proposing policies to the business development team;
- Periodical performance reports in the period that states the solution appears progress improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: University graduate or higher
- Certificate: Having securities practice certificate or higher
- Work Experience: From 10 years of practical experience in the securities industry. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar position.
