Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Company’s proprietary equity investment strategy, aligned with business goals and risk appetite.
- Advise senior management and the Investment Committee on investment strategies, plans, and activities.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across listed and unlisted securities.
- Manage and monitor investment portfolios, performance, and sector allocation.
- Oversee investment transactions, divestments, and portfolio restructuring.
- Monitor investment risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Develop and improve investment policies, procedures, and risk control frameworks.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Proprietary Investment team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related fields; Master’s/CFA is an advantage.
- Mandatory: Securities Practicing Certificate in Financial Analysis or Fund Management.
- 7+ years of experience in investment/securities, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, company analysis, portfolio management, and investment risk.
- Proven experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, and investment decision-making.
- Strong capabilities in due diligence, investment processes, performance evaluation, and risk management.
- Proven experience in leading and developing investment teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
