Job Summary
This position will provide complete support in setting up the green field Integrated Solar PV module manufacturing plant. The incumbent shall also be responsible for various process developmental activities, in addition, to shift-wise process control/monitoring, pertaining to developing and improving Cell efficiency and quality of the product.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To develop new Solar cells suitable to emerging market and technology trends and customer needs.
- Responsible for handling all cell process improvement activities in the manufacturing Line.
- Responsible for monitoring/controlling defined process parameters of tools in the production line.
- Responsible for leading the process team for all process developmental activities.
- Actively involved in trials towards the improvement of cell performance
- Root cause analysis of process/Production/Quality Issues associated with the Module Production line.
- To find new methods of reducing the cost of Solar PV Cells.
- To evaluate new materials for cost-reduction or reliability improvement of the products.
- To get the new products certified as per certification requirements suitable for different market segments and applications.
- To define the BOM, Process and Procedures for manufacturing the products through pilot runs and handover to production.
- To help the production plant to set up the new processes/procedures.
Basic Qualifications
- Age Group: 35-45 Years
- Total Experience: 15-25 Years
- Essential Qualification: BE/ B.Tech /MSc/P.hd
- Operator Management
- Development skills
- Understanding of technical specifications of the equipment.
- Should have hands-on exposure to Solar Cell Manufacturing Vertical
- Manage relationships with internal senior stakeholders.
- Responsible for Shop Floor Discipline.
