    Job Description

    • Promoting best practices for business development, such as market research and local market planning (LMP).
    • Joint ownership of the Pipeline with the Nationwide Head of Account Management and the Leaders of the Health Solutions
    • Responsibly for carrying out the expansion plan for Health Solutions in the nation and concentrated on boosting sales.
    • Taking the lead in managing and carrying out the agreed-upon growth plan, allocating funds for the assigned client portfolio, and participating in the annual planning cycle.
    • Controlling the framework for growth planning, with a regular and shifting focus on the Market Assessment procedure.
    • Creating and collaborating to win new, significant accounts.
    • Formal team evaluation, sign-off, and approval of all significant bids and tenders.
    • Establishing client relationships has a good impact on sales and client retention by constantly recognizing important clients and where the greatest opportunities are.
    • A high client Net Promoter Score and regular value proposition reviews to strengthen the overall partnership position.
    • Building on existing business relationships and fostering new ones with clients.
    • Leading and overseeing the team's daily activities to ensure that Operation Excellence KPIs are met
    • Examining all documentation for departing clients, such as renewal contracts and messages for client workshops.
    • Putting in place procedures and metrics for observing and upholding business conduct standards in accordance with Aon's Code of Business Conduct.
    •  Managing direct reports as appropriate, making sure their goals are in line with the broader country strategy, that their performance is good, and that they are continuously taking the necessary steps to improve their capacity as business leaders
    • Enhancing the team's best qualities, cultivating talent, and filling knowledge gaps
    • Serving as a team's support system and escalation point.
