Key Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to grow institutional brokerage revenue, trading volume, and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with domestic institutional investors, including funds, asset managers, insurers, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Drive institutional order flow and ensure efficient execution of equity and securities trades.
- Collaborate with Research, Sales Trading, Investment Banking, and other teams to deliver market insights, trading ideas, and integrated financial solutions.
- Expand the institutional client network, strengthen existing partnerships, and increase client business opportunities.
- Lead and develop the institutional brokerage team, set performance targets, and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, trading limits, and risk management standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in institutional brokerage, institutional sales, securities, or capital markets, with strong knowledge of Vietnam's market.
- Proven track record in managing institutional clients and generating brokerage revenue and trading volumes.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam's equity market, trading mechanisms, and institutional investment landscape.
- Established network of domestic institutional investors and financial institutions.
- Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills.
