GTM Lead

    1. Job Description

    Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

    • Conduct thorough landscape mapping and persona assessment to understand market dynamics.
    • Develop effective country-specific launch strategies that align with the brand's vision and objectives.

    Go-To-Market Planning:

    • Formulate and execute GTM plans, including launch blueprints, playbooks, and standardized presentation decks.
    • Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) to integrate strategic frameworks supporting our client’s new market launches.

    Brand Strategy & Positioning:

    • Validate local brand positioning, communication, and media strategies.
    • Adapt global brand guidelines to resonate with the local audience.

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Work closely with Strategy & Business Planning (BP) teams to meet growth objectives.
    • Partner with the local marketing team to deliver insight-driven communications.
    • Engage with senior stakeholders on content strategy and GTM initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, growth strategy, and brand management, preferably with SaaS experience.
    • Proven expertise in brand management, go-to-market strategy, and channel management across digital and physical platforms.
    • Background in digital brand launches and GTM processes across various business stages (from start-up to scale-up).
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams.
