About the Hiring Company:
EV Search’s Client – Hiring Company – is a hospitality company with many luxury resorts and spas across Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
- The General Manager will manage 5-star hotel and resort facility in premium quality following the company’s standards.
- Be responsible for sales and marketing scheme and activities.
- Manage and control reservation in the resort.
- Closely control all departments and self-detect the bottle neck points to take immediate actions for guests’ satisfaction.
- Make sure all dining services are at premium quality and follow safety standard.
- Maintain 5-star standard regarding landscape, decoration, transportation…. inside the resort.
- Be responsible for security & safety inside the resort.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hotel/business management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hospitality, with min 2 years of experience in same position.
- Good English 4 skills.
- Good leadership, management skills.
- Problem solving, negotiation skills
