Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall Estate Management operations, ensuring service quality, safety, security, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee utilities and estate infrastructure, including water, electricity, gas, telecoms, roads, drainage, landscaping, waste management, and common facilities.
- Develop and implement Estate Management strategies, policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Manage the handover from Development/Construction to Estate Management, ensuring infrastructure and facilities meet operational, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, regulatory, and industrial estate standards, while driving sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Lead tenant and stakeholder management, including tenants, authorities, contractors, vendors, and business partners.
- Oversee complaints, incidents, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and preventive actions.
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, resources, and cost control.
- Drive long-term initiatives to improve asset value, operational efficiency, resource savings, and estate competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale industrial estates or similar assets (500+ Ha) with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of estate infrastructure, utilities, facilities, maintenance, HSE, security, and environmental management.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team development skills.
- High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to be based in Subang, West Java.
