Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee all Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) operations.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
    • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and cash flow management.
    • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and withholding taxes (PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and Article 4(2)).
    • Review and submit statutory tax reports and coordinate tax audits when required.
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
    • Establish, implement, and improve accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
    • Monitor the company's financial performance and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
    • Prepare management reports and financial presentations for senior management.
    • Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
    • Coordinate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management regarding financial and operational matters.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
    • Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG manufacturing industry is an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of PSAK, Indonesian taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
    • Experience handling external audits, tax audits, and statutory compliance.
    • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP/accounting systems.
    • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
