Key Responsibilities
Material control and non-conformity management
- Check incoming materials against required specifications and quantities
- Monitor inventory status and communicate updates to the production team
- Perform receiving inspections, including dimensional checks, visual assessment, and material verification
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers
Welding and painting inspection
- Conduct non destructive testing on welds including visual inspection, PT, and MT
- Assess compliance with applicable welding quality standards
- Measure paint thickness and carry out surface appearance inspections
- Oversee and guide rework activities for welding and painting defects
Packing inspection and DQR management
- Inspect packing materials to ensure proper specifications and condition
- Complete and manage Design Quality Review checklists
- Confirm completion and accuracy of Factory Acceptance Test documentation
- Perform final inspection and authorize product release prior to shipment
Interpretation support between expatriates and local staff
- Translate production instructions and technical documentation
- Communicate quality requirements and work standards clearly
- Provide interpretation during site meetings and safety briefings
- Support daily operational communication between teams
Required Qualifications
- English communication skills at a conversational level or Korean proficiency at TOPIK level 2 to 3
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer
Preferred Qualifications
- Hardworking and responsible attitude
- Resident of Bac Ninh or Bac Giang
- Fluent in English or Korean
- Willing to work overtime and on weekends when necessary
