Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Director to lead all aspects of our fine dining restaurant, bar & lounge, banqueting, and culinary operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing a high-performing team, and achieving strong financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Partner with the Executive Chef on menu innovation and pricing strategies.
- Foster collaboration between service and kitchen teams.
- Manage guest relations and resolve issues with a high-touch approach.
- Lead and develop the F&B team through training and performance management.
- Conduct regular team briefings and meetings to drive service excellence.
- Ensure strict hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Execute F&B sales and marketing plans; explore new revenue streams (off-site catering, partnerships).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
- Oversee wine list and stock management.
- Support broader operational projects as assigned by the GM.
Qualifications:
- College degree required; Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as F&B Manager or Supervisor in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP/BI tools, Google Suite.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Solid financial acumen and experience driving F&B revenue growth.
