JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee all production related departments in a garment factory.
- Make annual plan following company’s strategy.
- Manage factory’s daily operation and make sure the factory runs smoothly.
- Manage production plans, safety standards, quality standards.
- In collaboration with relating departments to develop new products
- Managing HR and organizational development for the teams/department
- Preparing training and coaching activities
- Conducting job performance evaluation and competency of the employees
- Building a respective, lovely and supportive working environment
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BA or sewing technology degree.
- Knowledge about garment production process, Lean production.
- Update trends from market in terms of materials, designs, production technologies.
- Coaching, presentation, communication, problem solving, decision making, teamwork
- Positive, proactive, responsible, honest, flexible, creative, outspoken.
- At least 05 years of experience in the equivalent position.
