Main tasks
- Make special products for customers by talking with technical teams and keep improving the range of products.
- Handle customer requests and orders, prepare quotes, and manage order fulfillment.
- Examine customer inquiries for technical improvements and standard compliance.
- Be in charge of problems involving technologies; supporting namely customers, and colleagues in the headquarter.
- In case, customers have any questions or orders in the technical, conduct review and give feedback.
- Handle the necessary papers are to buy them.
- Make lists and keep records of engineering materials in a computer program called SAP, and organize the amount of each material needed and the documents related to them in SAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in many fields such as Mechanical, mechatronics, industrial engineering, etc.
- Familiar with technical processes in heavy industry.
- Upper independent English level
- Intensive knowledge of SAP system
- Great intercultural competence, and strong negotiation skills. Focusing on achieving the best results for customers.
