Job Description
A global engineering team is seeking experienced Chinese-Speaking Embedded Software Project Managers (SW PCM) to support In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) development projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The team focuses on developing advanced Linux and Android-based platforms for automotive head units and smart devices. In collaboration with international engineering centers, you will contribute to innovative solutions in navigation systems, vehicle functionalities, autonomous driving technologies, camera systems, and IoT applications, as well as smart home solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders, managing the software scope from initial phase to final delivery
- Plan, monitor, and control project timelines to ensure alignment with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets
- Analyze, clarify, and document customer requirements in collaboration with technical teams
- Assign tasks to development teams and closely track execution progress
- Lead, mentor, and support team members, providing feedback and guidance
- Identify risks and resolve issues proactively to ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved
- Take full ownership of project performance across quality, cost, and delivery metrics
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering fields such as Automotive, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Mechatronics
- Minimum 8 years of experience in embedded software development
- Strong project management and risk management capabilities
- Solid understanding of microcontrollers and microprocessors
- Good knowledge of the V-model development process
- Fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written)
- Good command of English communication
- Strong leadership skills and team-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Experience in the automotive industry, including knowledge of in-vehicle communication, vehicle dynamics, or functional safety standards
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
