Key Responsibilities
Electrical workforce supervision and defect control
- Deliver technical training programs for electrical workers
- Ensure adherence to established work standards and procedures
- Investigate root causes of recurring defects and implement corrective improvements
- Assess worker competency and provide performance feedback
Electrical quality control and inspector development
- Provide training on electrical inspection standards and methodologies
- Instruct inspectors on proper use of measuring instruments
- Guide evaluation and judgment criteria for inspection results
- Oversee inspector qualification and certification processes
DQR and FAT review management
- Conduct detailed reviews of Design Quality Review items
- Confirm completion and accuracy of Factory Acceptance Test documentation
- Evaluate electrical commissioning outcomes
- Grant final approval and determine shipment readiness
Interpretation support between expatriates and local staff
- Translate electrical technical instructions and documentation
- Communicate safety regulations and precautions clearly
- Explain electrical drawings and technical specifications
- Facilitate daily operational communication between teams
Required Qualifications
- Conversational English or Korean proficiency at TOPIK level 2 to 3
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, including electrical commissioning, indoor and outdoor wiring, harness assembly, and on site management
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant educational background in a related major
- Diligent and responsible work ethic
- Based in Bac Ninh or Bac Giang
- Fluent in English or Korean
- Willing to work overtime and on weekends when required
