Responsibilities:
The Dyeing Manager will manage the dyeing process and involve in ensuring efficient dyeing processes, maintaining high quality standards, and leading a team of dyeing technicians.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- 6 years of relevant experience up.
- Good English skills.
- Proven experience in fabric dyeing operations.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric dyeing techniques, colour, dyeing process parameters.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
