Key Responsibilities
Manage DTC Operation Member app (System and communication, Voucher Operation)
- Work with regional IT team to deploy Membership app to Korea
- Test, monitor to ensure App operate smoothly and manage when adhoc thing happens
- Voucher issue operation and handle Voucher operation task happen
Business Analysis for Users to review performance and support for campaign plan
- Work with regional IT and Regional User operation team to set up data tracking for users and gmv
- Data tracking and analysis for Membership (User, GMV)
- Voucher eveluation
Membership Campaign Management (Calendar, mechanic)
- Campaign calendar (Combine regional & Local) - align with Head of function
- Mechanic for voucher scheme owner (working with Mkt Team and Head of function)
- Campaign set up: set up feature in app and at store together with Marketing team.
- Campaign monitor: performance and execution
- Other tasks assigned by Head of function: Admin task, report and meeting
Preferred Skills
- Year of experience: min 5-7 years exprience
- Experince in App operation, Voucher and commercial/ marketing expriences (3-4 years experiences)
- Hardworking, can-do attitude, detail oriented, analytical and critical thinking, problem solving experiences
- Can work independently and team work with regional and local
- Prefer to experience work on building up processes from the beginning stage
