ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead WS program
· Successfully deploy AD program based on E2A guideline with a winning G2M plan for the country
· Progress followed on a monthy basis and analysis with corrective actions shared with sales team and CS
· Support on the sell out actions and loyalty program
· Identify new opportunities & Market demands for sustainable growth
· Business steering through webmax
· Formalize the working process of program
· Co-ordinate to Distribution operation executive to steer well AD data in Webmax and SFA
· WS/AD mapping analysis.
Lead and deploy Retail/WS operations
· Control all commercial documents for process of new & renew account. Ensure all dealers commercial documents are complete, correct and up to date (account opening and revision / renewal of contracts / sales commitments / signage request / contact information / quotation for signage and final invoices / other dealer individual documents). Archived as specified.
· Ensure and track the pending actions with suppliers: payment, contracts… with the guideline given by line manager
· Dealers support items are managed with clear tracking of the stock and allocations: e.g. unforms, car cover, safety check, name tag… delivery are managed on time and recorded. Pro active to anticipate the need (e.g. new account, shop opening, specific needs)
· Grand opening: managing and deploying the opening package (goodies, flexi cars…). Ensure to have a clear roadmap with deadline met and information are shared with all parties to ensure the deployment of all actions (e.g. POSM, training, event confirmation, event flow…)
· Dealer data information: ensure to have a complete data dealer database and promote SFA as the main source of information, ensure that dealer information are well communicated (including at website or car service website: e.g. dealer locator)
· Dealer events are deployed with respect of distribution objectives and within the framework defined by line manager
Lead and deploy signage project
· Build/update standard design of group signage
· Build/update Car Service POSM offers.
· Collaborate with agency to deploy Car Service POS: design, building, package offer deliver & Grand opening execution.
Internal control and processes
· Closely liaise with Sales Administration to ensure all commercial terms and conditions reflect dealer contracts, agreements and commitments
· Liaise with Finance to ensure all legal conditions reflect contracts, agreements and commitments
· Liaise with Purchasing for suppliers sourcing to ensure on specification and on time
· Co-ordinate to Distribution Program executive and Purchasing to audit and review performance of suppliers
· Follow up and steering well Distribution budget and expense
Coordinate with Sales Force:
· Inform and coordinate actions with AMs in the provision, tracking and update of renewal documentation.
· Signage request and evaluation.
· Signage steering & monitoring to make sure planning on track.
· Receive and order all copies of invoice
· Consolidate and update validated new POS.
· Build/analyse sales data (by specific request) defined by line manager SISO, dealer stock…
Digital project steering : RAS, MARS, DEALER PORTAL and E-RETAIL, GMB
· Monitoring and ensuring Associated dealers data are available in SFA (WS program)
· Ensuring data are updated well in Webmax: price, phase in CAIs….
· Co-ordinate to settle data in Webmax: WS and AD.
· Co-ordinate to settle GMB account for retail network
· Mars system lead, deployment and steering
· Dealer portal lead, deployment and steering
External training
· Creating training materials Kit for WS/Retail program.
