Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall strategy for corporate support functions across regional operations.
- Oversee key functions including Human Resources, Administration, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure operational excellence and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and internal policies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, reporting, and risk control to support sustainable business growth.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal governance standards while minimizing operational and legal risks.
- Standardize internal processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders to build a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Law, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate support or shared service functions, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR management, finance operations, governance, compliance, and organizational development.
- Proven leadership capability with strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Experience working within international or regional business environments is highly preferred.
