Job Description
AI Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and drive the overall AI strategic roadmap, ensuring strong alignment with business goals across strategic product domains such as Finance & Accounting, Enterprise Management, Education, Retail, and others.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize AI First products and AI initiatives that create breakthrough value for customers.
AI Product Development & Deployment
- Lead the end-to-end process from ideation, proof of concept (POC), to real-world deployment of AI products, services, and features.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring successful launch and market adoption of AI products and solutions.
Industry Representation & Thought Leadership
- Represent the company as a speaker at technology conferences, business events, and industry workshops locally and internationally, sharing expertise and insights on AI.
- Build and maintain relationships with AI communities, research institutes, universities, and technology partners to foster collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields from reputable universities.
- Overseas MBA qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI methodologies, models, and cross-industry AI applications, with the ability to present and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role such as AI Director/Head of AI, or 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in technology product development.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in developing and launching AI products to market are highly preferred.
- Strong product mindset with an AI First approach.
- Excellent research and learning capabilities.
- Passion for public speaking and strong presentation skills.
- Good English communication skills with the ability to deliver professional presentations to international partners.
